Hello there Herbivores!!! I hope you had fun doing our last recipe
Herbi– means plants vore- means one that eats (Herbivore-one that eats plants) let’s not get offended I’m a herbivore, lover of plants and you can be a herbivore too!
- Minced Garlic 2-4 cloves
- Finely Chopped medium onions
- Radish 1/2 cup stripped
- Blended beans 1/2 kilo
- Water 1 cup
- Soy patis 2-4 tbsp
- White vinegar 2-4 tbsp
- Sugar 1-2 tbsp
- Green chilis and leeks for garnish
- Soy meat 1/2 killo
First sauté the garlic and onion
Then add the soy meat
Second add the radish along with the soy patis and sugar, mix well
Add in the blended beans and water
Boil until the radishes are cooked, you may cover but check often to mix.
Before serving add the garnish.
Wasn’t that so easy? This is one of the dishes that we bring to potlucks because not only the yield is good for many people, it’s healthy and yummy!
